Shipping Policy

Our estimated delivery time is typically 6–12 business days. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

You will also receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. We will continue to keep you updated via email throughout the delivery process.

If your order is shipped from one of our international warehouses, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer, as the order is considered a personal import. Melonis has no control over and cannot be held responsible for these charges.

Unclaimed Packages

What happens if you do not collect your package from the pickup point?

Your package will normally remain available for pickup for approximately 7 days after arrival. If the package is not collected, it may be returned to the shipping facility, where it may need to be reshipped or destroyed.

The package will then be registered as “unclaimed,” and a fee of approximately $10 USD may be charged to cover handling and return costs. The remaining order value will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you must still accept delivery of the package and then return it according to our return policy. Refusing or failing to collect the package may result in it being classified as an unclaimed shipment.
